Our personal training is for the absolute beginner in the gym who wants to get fit and tone up, to the advance fitness enthusiast who wants to get that beach body and take their fitness to the next level. We are sure we will have a program that is right for you.
We specialize in fat loss and muscle development, but our main focus is to help you get fitter, stronger and improve in all areas of life. That is why all of our sessions are held at one of our gyms where we can help you achieve maximum results in minimum time, or simply help you back to fitness in a friendly and supportive environment.
This option is for small groups of up to 4 people with all the benefits of personal training. Achieve your goals with a group of like-minded people who can help give you support and make the sessions more fun. This really does create a great atmosphere. Training is still intense yet inclusive and welcoming. When you are part of a team it makes the process much more enjoyable – that is how semi-private training programs are different. Semi-private training is poles apart from a fitness class as your program will be individually designed for you with a maximum of 4 people per training program. We want you to get fitter, stronger and will endeavor to maximize your results.
Online personal training is more cost effective when you compare to 1-2-1. This allows you to have your workout program and meal plan available 24/7 on your mobile device and desktop computer leaving you in total control.

Underground Gym Portslade is the best equipped club in Sussex. We will have access to the latest and most suitable machines and facilities aimed at optimizing fitness and improving strength.
This is the best equipped gym floor on the south coast. Here you will find the latest star trac equipment including a large plate loaded section, olympic lifting platforms, dumbbells and 20+ benches, 5 squat rack variants, and heaps of cv kit including 3 stair masters. Get down and get involved!
The functional space has all we need for our functional training including a pull up rig, battle ropes, climbing ropes, GHDs, 20 meter astro turfed prowler run, kettle bells, medicine balls, oversized medicine balls, slam balls, strong man kit including tires, kegs, and farmers walk. This is where you can be as creative as you want to be around your fitness.
In this Transformation session we will have a short workout designed around your fitness goals to give you the best tips and tricks to maximise your results.

I actually lost a total of 23lbs this summer with Francis and my target was 15lbs. I did not know I could have achieved such a significant amount of weight loss in the time that I did. Francis guided me through this journey emphasizing the importance of healthy choices. I must admit there were some times I did not stick to the plan and made massively unhealthy choices here and there which I would later feel guilty about. However he encouraged me not to feel guilty about them and what the next step to take was.
This was not one of those programs where I was always hungry, I was actually encouraged to eat more of the right things. I feel great and I don’t remember ever feeling this healthy. I feel very lucky to have found Francis and would definitely recommend him. I came to Brighton for the summer and went back to Birmingham over 10kgs lighter. It has been a blast.
Hey Francis, I wanted to drop you a post to say a big thanks for all the training sessions before my Kilimanjaro climb (and after). You helped me achieve a fantastic level of fitness which meant that all I had to do on the mountain was enjoy myself! Looking forward to working towards my next goal with you.
